Application Submission Portal
The Application Submission Portal is the online service used by councils that allows applicants to create, edit, collaborate on, and submit planning applications, which are then seamlessly transferred to the relevant local authority for validation and decision.
This is the same technology we use to power the Planning Portal.
Application Payment
Our payment service provides local authorities with a completed planning application and payment, reducing invalidation levels and creating a standard, nationalised payment process across all authorities.
Consultee Exchange Centre
The Consultee Exchange Centre is a planning tool that supports communication between local authorities and consultees regarding statutory issues and advice sought during the planning approval process.
Open Community Register
The Open Community Register is a public register that gives people the ability to view the details of planning applications online that have been submitted locally.
