We also power the Planning Portal, enhancing the national planning application process for local authorities, professional applicants, and the public.

In 2024, we unified building control and planning applications on a single portal, simplifying user experience and making us a one-stop shop for all planning needs. Our innovative, user-friendly solutions support everything from site identification for clean energy projects to assisting cross-industry stakeholders in making informed decisions. We aim to alleviate the housing crisis, support net-zero targets, and advance sector digitisation.

Looking forward, we are excited to integrate AI technologies into our services to improve efficiency and accuracy, contributing to the broader built environment. Our ambition extends globally, sharing our groundbreaking solutions to modernise planning and building systems worldwide.
