Alexander Hickman

Having worked at TerraQuest for a number of years now, Alex has seen all sides of the business. Originally starting in the Land Referencing department, he worked his way up to an Assistant Project Manager before taking on the role of a Subject Matter Expert for TerraQuests internal HR, performance management and resource planning systems.

More recently he has taken on the role of a Project Manager in the Solutions department applying the learnings and  knowledge from his time working throughout the business while aligning with a  more agile approach to delivery. Throughout his time at TerraQuest, Alex has become accustomed to the company’s core values constantly look for ways to simplify and modernise our processes.    

As a Project Manager at TerraQuest, Alex is responsible for updating and managing the project schedule making sure the project is completed within the agreed timeframe and budget. This includes the creation and maintenance of project plans, RAID logs, change management and other project documentation.  Our projects vary from a number of in-house projects in which we are continuously trying to improve our current line of products. Conversely, we are always looking to expand into new markets, both locally and internationally, applying our expertise in the world of planning.
