Chantelle has a strong passion for her work, with around 20 years of experience delivering products in the planning and technology industry.

Over the last four years, Chantelle has been focusing on building a high performing product division, with an emphasis on transforming the business from Waterfall to Agile.

She is extremely enthusiastic about working for TerraQuest and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, drives innovation and growth across the entire business. She is passionate about fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, bringing together different opinions and experiences to unlock creativity, and giving everyone in the team the opportunity to succeed.
