Chris has nearly two decades of project management experience and has been a key member of TerraQuest since 1997. Chris has expertise in managing services and projects covering areas as diverse as data and document management, planning application processing, secure scan and print, document archiving and land referencing, delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. His career in project management began in 2005, successfully leading projects from planning to execution, meeting deliverables on time and within budget.

Notably, Chris was responsible for the delivery of one of the largest and most prestigious services in TerraQuest’s history when he successfully managed the scan and print service to Disclosure Scotland which ensured highly secure processing of thousands of documents per day under strict time and quality service levels utilising bespoke processes and dedicated teams of skilled operatives.

Chris is highly proficient with robust financial management of projects, enhancing productivity to meet KPI’s and demonstrating continuous improvement. Fostering positive relationships with clients to ensure desirable outcomes for the customer and the business is also a key skill of Chris.
