Geoff  has 30 years’ experience overseeing major land and property information  management, infrastructure development and regeneration. As Head of Delivery for TerraQuest, he provides resilience to the management of all land  referencing, land registration and town planning projects and services.

His knowledge of these complex processes spans the management of Compulsory Purchase Orders, TWA, DCO and Hybrid Bill. His expertise focusses on working  closely with clients to achieve best practice across business process, land  referencing and land registration, GIS and land and property information  management services and solutions.    

Geoff’s role is integral to supporting the collaboration and communication  amongst key stakeholders. His project management skills enable him to oversee delivery quality and timeliness, helping clients to reach their project  milestones and overcome challenges along the way.    

With a background in spatial data management focussed on the public sector  he’s delivered strategic and project-based roles in diverse areas as service  management, business planning, strategic advice, management consultancy,  systems analysis, requirements development, data management, integration,  transition and implementation.
