His accomplishments include leading and scaling software development and product management functions, executing clear product strategies aligned with business goals, and building high-performing teams focused on collaboration and innovation.  

Noteworthy accomplishments include leading the multi million-pound software programme for our national Planning Portal, orchestrating significant transformation in our software development functions, and establishing robust agile engineering processes and teams. Laurie continues to play a pivotal role in establishing the growth and exposure of our technology in new international markets, specifically North America and Asia.
