Peter has 10 years’ experience in Land Referencing focussed on major regeneration  across energy, transport, regeneration and utility sectors.

He advises local  authorities and developers with their strategy and ensures that they find the  right solutions for the communities in which they work.

He is an advocate of identifying risk early in the process and works with clients and partners to ensure that land interests and constraints are  identified and assessed in a timely and cost-effective manner using  technology to assist and to display the data.    

He has led the team in the delivery of a number of large-scale Development  Consent Order projects which include, North Wales Wind Farms Connection, M25  junction 28 improvements and Boston Alternative Energy Facility.    

Peter also advises a number of local authorities and developers in the  development and execution of regeneration projects such as Brent Cross  Cricklewood Regeneration, Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre Development  and Grange Farm Estate.
