Our Lead Business Analyst, Ria Watson has a passion for providing high quality analysis and data driven insights to deliver value and support the development of top-quality products for TerraQuest.    

Ria leads an experienced business analysis team who provide their expertise both internally and externally across national and international clients, providing in-depth analysis tailored to the project or client.    

Prior to joining TerraQuest, Ria honed her expertise in business analysis through her involvement in various large scale transformation projects across industries including Social Housing and Utilities, cultivating a diverse skill set that encompasses strategic thinking alongside the core BA skills  such as requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and change  management.      

Ria believes that working at TerraQuest offers the opportunity to innovate, collaborate with diverse and talented teams, and contribute to developing solutions that add value to the users of our solutions.    

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ria finds joy in playing netball, where she takes on a leadership role within her local league. Regardless of the weather, you can always count on finding Ria on the netball court, relishing the camaraderie and teamwork with her fellow players.
