With 8+ years of  experience in quality assurance, 7 of which have been leading or managing,  Samantha joined TerraQuest in 2018 and established the QA capability and has  been leading it since as the Head of QA. From 1 to 14, the team have grown and provided quality assurance on every significant software project  delivered since, including Planning Portal 2, NI Planning Portal, and many  more.

By building out this capability, Samantha has ensured that every product TerraQuest produce is assured to the highest quality, going beyond  testing to encompass governance across software development.

She provides  expert advice to clients on software quality, supporting them in seeing that  their vision comes to fruition as TerraQuest deliver it. Samantha champions always  viewing quality as a priority, constantly searches for ways to implement  continuous improvements, and encourages positivity by highlighting the  success that can be achieved by identifying failures.

Samantha is a part of  the Operations team that lead the Solutions (software development) team.
