As  Head of Delivery for TerraQuest's Solutions team, Tanith orchestrates the seamless delivery of complex software products, with oversight over our software delivery teams and Project Management Office.      

With over a decade of experience in delivery and leadership roles, Tanith has honed her expertise in agile methodologies, project management and team leadership. She excels in optimising delivery processes to ensure products and projects are completed on time and with the highest quality standards.      

Tanith has also taken a leading role in the implementation of the company’s  ESG initiatives, with a steadfast commitment to cultivating positive environmental impact, social equity and robust governance practices.    

Tanith's proactive approach fosters collaboration and innovation among her teams, driving continuous improvement and optimising workflows to meet organisational goals.
